SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

 

This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to orders placed through shopforgex.in, operated by Qumo Enterprises

Private Limited under the ForgeX brand.

1. ORDER PROCESSING

ForgeX aims to dispatch confirmed orders within 24 hours. Orders may occasionally require additional processing

time during major launches, sales, promotional periods, public holidays, or unforeseen operational circumstances.

2. DELIVERY TIME

The estimated delivery time is 4–7 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary

depending on destination and courier service and are estimates rather than guarantees.

3. SHIPPING PARTNER

ForgeX uses Shiprocket to facilitate shipping and logistics services. Orders may be delivered through Shiprocket's

applicable courier partners.

4. SHIPPING CHARGES

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before purchase. ForgeX may offer free shipping

or promotional shipping offers from time to time.

5. TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information may be provided through available communication

channels.

6. CUSTOMER INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate name, phone number, shipping address, PIN code, and other

delivery information.

7. FAILED DELIVERY

Courier partners may make multiple delivery attempts. If an order cannot be delivered because of incorrect

information, customer unavailability, refusal to accept delivery, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the shipment may

be returned to ForgeX. Additional shipping or re-shipping charges may apply where applicable.

8. DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package appears visibly damaged upon delivery, we recommend taking photographs or video of the package

before opening it and contacting ForgeX as soon as possible.9. LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS

If your shipment appears significantly delayed or lost, contact forgex619@gmail.com. We will coordinate with the

relevant logistics provider to investigate.

10. SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA

ForgeX currently ships within India.
