5. ORDERS

When you place an order through the Website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. You will

receive an order confirmation after successfully placing an order.ForgeX reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in circumstances including product unavailability, incorrect

pricing or product information, suspected fraudulent activity, incorrect customer information, delivery limitations, or

unforeseen operational circumstances.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded through the relevant

payment method or payment provider.

6. PAYMENT

Payments on the Website are processed through Razorpay and other payment methods made available at checkout.

ForgeX does not intentionally store complete debit card, credit card, CVV, UPI PIN, or banking password information.

7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

ForgeX aims to dispatch confirmed orders within 24 hours. Orders are shipped using Shiprocket and its

applicable courier partners. The estimated delivery time is 4–7 business days from dispatch, depending on

destination and courier service.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are governed by our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy, which

forms part of these Terms.

ForgeX products are intended for their stated fitness or gym-related purposes. Customers are responsible for using

products appropriately and according to any instructions, warnings, or limitations provided with the product.

upload malicious software, submit fraudulent orders, misuse promotional offers, impersonate another person, or
